Villa FOS is a wonderful beachfront villa of 300sqm and an outdoor area of 4000sqm which promises idyllic vacation under the shadow of Mt.Pelion. Built just a few steps away from the beach, with the crystal clear waters, and the village of Afissos is the ideal holiday place for families with children, extended family vacations, groups of friends or couples. The beache is a secluded gulf with calm and safe waters for swimming all the time.The house is next to restaurants, cafes, shops, market,square.
The space
The villa is built in two levels: Level a is the main house (200sqm)and level b downstairs is an independent guest house(100sqm). The two levels can operate as one house which sleeps 14-15 people or it can be separated. Each level has its own entrance but the two levels can communicate through a door and stairs from the inside. The main house is on the ground floor (200sqm) and has got 4 bedrooms (one with king size bed and en suite bathroom), one fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with fireplace and 3 bathrooms (one of them is a WC). The other 3bedrooms have queen size double beds and all of them have very high quality mattresses (Cocomat).
The 3 bedrooms have direct outdoor access. All around the house there are outdoor sitting and dining areas which are naturally shaded or under pergola.
The guest house (100sqm) develops on the lower ground level, has an independent access from the yard and communicates with the main house through an internal stairway. It has got a living room with an open plan kitchen,a bathroom, two bedrooms (one double, one triple)both with very high quality matresses and sleeps up to 6 people. The outdoor area of 4000sqm includes 2 living and dining areas under pergola, naturally shaded gardens full of olive trees ideal for dining in the open air. There is also a built - in BBQ,outdoor shower with hot water and cabin, mini football goals, basketball hoop, sunbeds, one hammock in the olive grove and the garden.

Location
The house is at the end of the small village of Afissos. The unique location is one of our great advantages. It’s just a few meters away from restaurants, beach and mini market. The center of the picturesque village with the traditional square , the restaurants, cafes and the supermarket is about 200m away ( a fantastic 5 min walk along the seaside road).

Transportation
The location is ideal for visiting many traditional villages of Pelion mountain as well as lots of other beaches around. So if you have your own car it’s more convenient. Otherwise the public transport system can be used. Visiting METEORA is also highly recommended. (about 2 hours drive).Volos is 26kms away from Afissos and Athens is 346kms.
